Customer service complacency After reading all the positive reviews we visited this venue yesterday Saturday 24.04.2021 for brunch. The venue looks great with plenty of space to cater for large and small gatherings. At the time we visited the venue it was very quite and expected our food would come out relatively quickly. Our order included Pancakes, Zaatar plate and a Potato Pizza. After placing our order with the waiter we were extremely disappointed as our pancakes arrived quickly but the other two main meals never showed up. After waiting 30 minutes we asked a waiter to check which he did but did not come back to advise an update, I then again had to call him over to ask what had happened. Our original waiter then came back over and advise it would be 5 minutes, when I questioned what happened he advised they lost the docket. This leads me back to the headline of complacency of service as I would expect regardless of what the miss in communication was between the waiter and kitchen the waiter would constantly be checking on our order and overall experience. This resulted in my family and I wasting close to 1 hour in this venue to leave with a poor experience and overall handling of the situation by the staff. To the owner of this venue you have a great foundation to deliver great experiences but you need the people who represent your business to do it justice.
Food good, most staff good. Maitre D has retail disease - Walks off without answering question then gets the shots when I don't follow. Did it again while taking order
FOOD- Pizza is okay. Not amazing. It didnt really taste like woodfire, it tasted like oven pizza. Maybe it was the dough. WAITER- he has got to slow down and stop rushing. He was a but rough when placing items on our table. HOT ROOM- it was a hot/humid day, and the restaurant did not have the air conditionjn on and it felt super hot inside.
Average pizza for a woodfired pizza restaurant. The pasta was quite one dimensional and tough. The only saving grace was the calamari, which was crisp and nicely cooked. However, the biggest downside was the lack of attentive waiters and two cappuccinos that took about 20 minutes and a reminder from us to be served.
Excellent coffee and service! Ben is always friendly and goes out of his way to make your experience a pleasant one👍👍
I had for lunch with my friends here without a reservation, but they was kind to us even though big group of the people. Both foods and waiters were very good. Thanks for you guys kindness.
Great coffee, Ben was a legend, super friendly, great service and food. Love the location
Nice for group bookings! Pizzas are good, not amazing.
Had a great dining experience and our waitress Marilina was so accommodating and very helpful. We had some allergies at our table and she went out of her way to make sure the food was right. Nothing was a problem and the food was delicious. We will definitely come back next time we are in Sydney 5/5 stars
Decent coffee and friendly staffs! Its near my school and all the guys remember each student’s name and coffee taste, which is amazing!!
