Nice whisky bar ambiance, excellent whisky, many tasting flights, good way to spend a lazy afternoon.

Love the interior. Paddle of whiskey was served in 3s on a 4 holder rack. Looked incomplete, should add one more whiskey to make the rack look complete. Friendly guy by the bar who was very attentive to customers. Pricy drinks.

Great vibe and range of whiskey to taste. Friendly staff too! It can get busy!

I really enjoyed Lark and luckily managed to join the distillery tour at very short notice. Very informative and interesting to see how their gin was made too. Well worth the price if you are able to get on the tour.

Good place to visit while in Hobart. We tasted the gin and whiskey flights and were very good. Tasting notes would be a good idea as the info on what we were tasting was a bit limited.

Great for a whiskey tasting experience, but it’s more of a bar than a distillery experience. Don’t get me wrong, the whiskey was lovely but honestly it’s a bar. When I arrived I ordered a tasting, spirits were poured and I charged for the tasting before anyone even had a chance to explain the tasting to me. Bill paid, two minute explanation and I was left to myself to taste. Had to hunt down my own water as well. That said, the whiskey was lovely. The fit out is also sensational as well. Certainly worth checking out, but temper the expectations or arrange for the distillery tour.
