Super place for whiskey. If you are an aficionado you will love the variety. I’m a newbie so learned a lot about the history of Lark and Tasmanian whiskey, fascinating! Defiantly come for a drink if that’s your thing.

Absolutely sensational Whisky... if you love Whisky you've gotta try a flight, if you haven't discovered Whisky yet, this is the place to do it. Staff are super friendly and know their Whisky (and if need be, you can still have a gin, wine or beer) but HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying a flight

Decent setting for a glass. Absolutely not a tire kicker. The staff were perceived as condescending compared to Distilleries visited elsewhere. Vague in information. The whisky was as expected but still young and it shows. Agreed with prior post: 2021; “My personal opinion is that the Lark Classic compares to a good $70 - $100 bottle not $180 for 500mL.”

Great location and building design/layout to sit and enjoy a glass. The staff were nice and professional but when compared to other Distilleries I've been to they had to be asked to provide tasting notes and seemed a little light in their knowledge. The whisky was nice, but as I understand it has only been aged for 5-7yrs and it shows. My personal opinion is that the Lark Classic compares to a good $70 - $100 bottle not $180 for 500mL.
