Fantastic food and great service. My family and I have been here more than a dozen times already. Probably our favourite restaurant.

Ordered delivery, was well over an hour late, even after calling and advised it would only be another 5 minutes, we were waiting for a while. The delivery was missing multiple items, and what was there was poorly made. Called again to sort it out and they tried to offer store credit worth less than the missing items. While there were a couple of items that were good, over 90% of the food was below average in flavour. The provided salad was dripping with dressing, the sushi was falling apart, the takoyaki was so mushy it wasn't holding its shape, just to name a few. I understand being busy due to being valentines day, but I've worked in the food industry, and how this was handled would have gotten me fired. Would not recommend, and will never be ordering again.

Recently dying to Ramen in Hobart. Had a few looks around and decided to shoot a try in Komatsu place. The entrance feels like walking into anyone’s houses, kinda odd but accepted. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Decoration is average and normal. The Tonkotsu ramen is ok, ramen noodles may not be fresh, Charsiu pork is flavourful, egg is perfect and runny, broth tasted ok but didn’t reach a required depth of flavour. The spicy ramen is ok as well but the chilli oil is not authentic Japanese cuisine as I could taste Szechuan pepper in the chilli oil. Comparing to what I ate in Japan, this is far out but I totally understand this is Hobart. It is hard to get the ingredients for the perfect ramen. Would consider come back.

Great ramen and yaki soba! Highly recommended. I haven't had an authentic yaki soba for a while. Thumbs up!

Tried the spicy ramen. Soup flavour was good but unfortunately the noodles are soggy and stuck together. Service was good but unfortunately food is not quite there yet. A tad bit overpriced in my opinion.
