A delightful local gem, visited for a friend's birthday dinner after another friend's glowing recommendation.
Every item was utterly delicious - the bread was bouncy and flavoursome, the pasta cooked to perfection and the fillings complimented the sauces brilliantly.
It's hard to pick a favourite, but I would probably say the carrot pasta parcels - the butter sauce was out of this world. My friend said the pork chop was the best she had ever eaten.
They also do a good variety of wine and cocktails.I loved the Chardonnay, and the elderflower cocktail was also a winner.
A great place for a dinner for two or group, with a solid range of vegetarian and vegan options. Worth doing the tasting menu if you have matching dietary requirements (which I will absolutely do next time).
