Ignored by staff as usual. Always toght with tje sauce and cold chips, otherwise awesome.

What is the deal with value meals? Why is it just as expensive to get a burger and a drink without the chips?

Visited and waited in line 15mins... became impatient and left

Ordered 2 coffees and then had to wait over 10 minutes as machine was placed on cleaning cycle. When we got coffee and had driven away we found that there was hardly any coffee in our drinks.

Good clean and is what you would expect from Hungary Jacks.

Rating based on experience at similar takeaway in area. This store is usually clean & tidy, with friendly staff.

I have been to this store twice with my grandchildren and both times had to go back to counted as items were missing from my order. The last time I had to go back 4 times. And each time I was made to feel like I was I the wrong.

Slowest service known to mankind

Staff member sounded like they were annoyed they had to take our order through the drive-through before we even started to order. We were met with the same unwarranted attitude at the window.

Slow service. Stuffed up order.
