Very slow waited to long

Hungry Jacks Annandale is a fast food store that specialises in burgers and other snacks. The food is of the same standard as other stores and the service is good. The store has been known to close earlier than the advertised closing time, in my case 2145 hours instead of 2200 hours. I was told i could not be served as the store was closed.

Couldn't use drive thru as no efpos. Go in and ended up leaving after not been served. 1 girl on counter busting her butt to serve and do drinks etc. Went and got pizza instead. HJ s need to get there act together. This is not the first time this has happened to me. 1 star rating only because i had to put something.

I’ve noticed the ice cream machine isn’t "broken" as much here compared to other stores in Townsville.

Every time there's an item missing with 10bmins for a wait with food that isn't fresh. Manager and staff have attitudes.

Coffee machine was broken but they replaced free coffee with orange juice. Happy days
