The Grange Buffet

This restaurant does not even deserve a 1 star! The manager was sooooo rude and all the staff keep mis informing me. I regret having to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday here!!

Quality of foods

A little bit disappointed with the overall experience. Due to Covid you now can't serve yourself but they have overcome this by providing staff to dish out your options on to a tray. I know it's buffet food so it's not the highest quality but the spring rolls were still frozen inside, roasted meats were dry and the bread in the ceaser salad was not even slightly toasted. There was also a little puddle of water at the bottom of the bowl. Nuggets are ok though.

It used to be good place whenever I came down for business trip. I just felt so bad when Asian lady at the counter was so rude when I ask something about Buffet. We also used to have all seafood without additional fee. Now, everyone need to line up for a long time to get food from workers. Also, fences they installed looks so awkward and not welcoming feeling. Main issue is communication. They cleaned my workmate's plate with cuttery even I said he just went to toilet and he comes back again. They didn't quite understand what I said and ended up to clean the plate and left folk and spoon on the table.

Not bad food for $15 lunch buffet, they do have new social distance rule and don't allow customers grabbing their own food. You get a tray at the beginning when you enter and then line up to choose what you like and staff will grab it for you on to your tray. Pretty hygienic, takes a bit of a time and patience but it's such an good idea to make us feel safe from any germs

All you can eat restaurant. Lots of foods. And drinks. Cozy place crowded though. It os better than other all you can eat places, since it has more foods to offer. The food is quite poor for the pricepoint, if you can get any as a result of the appalling service. Understaffed to the point of hilarity with the poor staff running from station to station in a valiant rear guard effort to stop the customers from going feral - and this with the bistro only half full. Whoever is running this place is a complete Turkey. You can't run a staff served buffet short. I felt sorry for the staff.

One of the worst experience I ever had. Poor management. Staff probably need some training on how to treat customer. Definitely would not recommend to anyone for this place. Stay away if you can.
