Staff were attentive and professional. However food was not that great. Will be returning to see if perhaps it was just a once off thing. Verdict is not out on this restaurant yet......tbc

Amazing pizzas napole style. Me and my friend we were waiting for the table around 25 minutes but for Saturday night was quite decent time and worth it. Our waiter from chili alvaro, was really Profesional,funny and very care about our table, he decided for us some antipasti to start, arancini and fritto misto, really fast service by the way, then pizza and pasta to share... Delicious. Definitely a place to recommend. Cheers

Great food, drinks very expensive 2beers and minute amount of wine by the glass nearly 45 dollars catered for the 6 of us by using a high table with high stools. Best thing yet we could hear to have a conversation yay

I had dinner at this restaurant on Friday, July 6, 2019, while attending a scientific meeting (ISTH2019) at the Melbourne Congress Center. I was surprised seeing that I was changed twice for the same bill (185.97Australian Dollars) within two minutes interval. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Very disappointed, pizzas lacked flavour and wine list very expensive, ($16 for a glass of wine!) The only good thing was the staff, very efficient and friendly.

Booked a table for a Monday night for 6, rang back later that day to alter to 7 people. No problems. Arrived at 8.15, and was told the table for 6 wouldn’t be ready for another 20mins. I questioned the “manageress” , thinking she may have misread the booking number, she then called me a liar about booking the extra person and that she couldn’t and wouldn’t accomodate another person. I was appalled that she suggested I was lying and even attempted to show her the time, the name and phone number I rang to confirm this change. She told me there was no one there by that name and that it wasn’t true and that the booking was only for 6 and that was final. Funny thing was that our friends had also booked a table that night for 6 people, she was also unbelievably rude to them as well. It appears that Gradi is now too superior to offer real customer service and their obnoxious rude staff lost 13 customers tonight as well as over a $1000 bill, which clearly doesn’t phase them. I have no idea what the food is like but if this service was any indication of the food, then they have left an extremely bitter taste in my mouth. I would never attempt to dine there again.
