Gelato Messina Rosebery

I have been dealing with their “head office” Rosebery for two days and going around in circles and getting frustrated without a resolution. Unfortunately the company does not offer proper support or proper channels. I wish I could contact the owners directly. Such a simple issue has become a mountain. A simple tech resolution that no one seems to be able to resolve from Rosebery 48 hours later. And my emails are not being listen to all read properly and I’m having to repeat myself over and over, it’s ridiculous . Has made my experience with Messina frustrating.

We lined up for 30 minutes for the pancakes to be told it’s sold out. I suggested they should put a sold out sign up outside the staff were totally not interested.

Perfect place to go for dessert. Their ice cream is always consistently amazing.

Pistachio Praline is delicious. Highly recommend. A number of different options, including dairy free and vegan; Sorbet and milkshakes. Be careful as it is addictive!

The gelato is really fresh and creamy! My favourite flavour is Super Dulce De Leche (for caramel lovers).

We took gelato appreciation class! Best time spent and fantastic gift/date idea:)) non diary eaters won't be disappointed too!

Messina has consistently tasty gelato. I highly recommend grabbing a tub to take home and save for your late night cravings.

The ice cream was very nice I will say that. Not the best ice cream I have had but still up there. The best thing I would say for me is the Peanut butter pudding topping, omg! One of the best I have had!

Excellent quality ice cream and gelatoes. The staff and service is one of the best.
