Really awesome happy hour and good selection of food. Everything was tasty (we got the $10 pizza and 4 sides for $20) reasonable prices and we enjoyed jt all! Staff were nice but service deffo could be improved. Amazing location, and nice decor inside.

So far the best restaurant with its delicious cuisines. Great ambience and amazing hospitality by Santosh. I would highly recommend this place as a must visit one.

- You have to order on an app. We all sat there on our phones trying to navigate an app rather than talking to each other, and we didn’t have the option of asking any questions about the food. - They ran out of garlic bread!!! - Staff were friendly, but there were not enough, so the service was shocking: - Every meal came out separately; even a glass of red and a glass of white ordered together came 5 mins apart - We were not offered pepper, Parmesan (all available; just had to track down a staff member) - We had to call the staff, they were too busy to come over Food was fine for the price They ran out of GARLIC BREAD. We have had good experiences at Fratelli Fresh in the past but this experience would have me look elsewhere in the future. ...And they ran out of garlic bread (P.S. when we asked, we actually ended up with some garlic bread at the end of the meal (!))

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very disappointed with the service and our experience that evening. Waited 30-35 minutes later for our table after following up numerous times and being given different excuses. Service is shocking. Every single thing we needed that evening, someone from our party had to get up from the table and flag someone down. I even had to ask the guys at the bar who weren’t even waitstaff to get someone for us. Worse that we had to pay for such abysmal service. We just wanted to finish our meal and leave. Have never had such a bad experience of customer service as I did here. Worse yet, I had my family with me from out of town. If we had known it was going to be like this we would have gone elsewhere.

The worst dining experience of my life! We walked in as a group of 5 people and ordered a significant amount of entrees and mains as well as a child cheese pizza. Firstly, the pasta had no flavour and included ingredients which were not highlighted on the menu, secondly, when we asked for extras including salt and oil? The necessities? The waitress DIANA had the most worst customer service attitude towards us that I have ever experienced. Secondly, we had dirty plates and entree dishes piled up on the end waiting for Diana to come and clear them. She walked past whilst staring at them several times before we had to ask her to clear the table to make more space for our mains. She then took all the dirty plates as well as THE KIDS CHEESE PIZZA whilst she clearly saw that the child was still eating this. This was honestly the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered and we will for sure not be returning to any FF franchises due to this sour experience. Highly do not recommend even bothering spending any money here.

Came here once on a Friday night. It was decently busy and we were a walk-in but they got us seated pretty quick. I think they gave us a 1h limit for the seats, but I can’t remember. I had the ravioli. I found it quite nice but there was quite a lot of sauce compared to the amount of pasta. The ravioli was well cooked though, and very filling. One critique, however, is probably the service. I’m not sure if it was just the night that we came here (ie if it was super busy that night or something), but it was very difficult to pay the bill. We had to stand at the counter for about 20 minutes before flagging someone down to pay - hence the rating. If I were rating just by food, would probs give a 4!

We met a lovely waitress Anjali last Friday night. She was lovely and helpful and the food was great, on time and delicious. Will be going back :)
