BEST CHINESE EVER. Absolutely incredible food—thoughtful presentation, attention to detail, flavors, and lovely staff.
Hot and sour soup was actually hot and sour.
Vegetable spring rolls were filled with delicious mushrooms.
The soup dumplings were on point.
The honey chicken, while perhaps not the most sophisticated dish, was the star of the show, perfectly fried—light and crunchy—-and made with very high quality chicken. (I’d eat three plates a day if I could.) We had no rubbery bits at all. None.
The mixed vegetables and tofu was delicate and lovely. The vegetables were lovingly presented, the tofu fried by angels in heaven.
My children were a little wild while we were there and there were no other children except for one in the lower room, but the staff was very sweet and understanding about small children in a sit-down dining experience. They didn’t seem fazed or annoyed in the least and were patient and kind.
