We ordered their make-at-home kit from Providoor, and it was incredible. I don't often leave reviews, but our experience was so good I felt compelled to give a hospo buisness the recognition they deserved in what must be the most difficult year of their existence. They've thought about the whole experience, from a charming instructions card to a bright and friendly welcome video — they even include a french playlist and a candle. We'd never heard of Entrecote before being gifted a Providoor voucher, but after this experience we will absolutely be seeking out their restaurant. Thanks team!
Had a really enjoyable experience here, with a selection of entrees, mains and desserts. Steak was perfectly cooked and the creme brûlée was a stand out (but you may struggle to finish it), the portion sizes across the board were decent. Our wait staff were friendly and polite.
Love the ambience and decor of this place. Perfect for our anniversary celebration. Enjoyed the cocktails and food. Wonderful staff!!
First time we came here, they are doing set meal for now, two course and three course meals. Lovely and friendly staff. Would definitely come back here again.
How good is this place . Great food and atmosphere. Even through lock down the meat and chip baguettes are amazing
Omg... the food here is so yummy and the staff are always so polite. It’s a bit pricy so it’s a nice place to come maybe for a date or special occasion
Delicious French food and great service! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!
Pretty terrible approach to customer experience. In the midst of a pandemic cooperating with government instructions and wearing face masks is an important thing to do. Blocking people who give feedback to you around this on social media is disappointing.
I was looking for a nice restaurant to celebrate family occasion and decided to check out this place. Unfortunately it wasn’t a pleasant experience. The service was non-existent- waitresses were just floating by without paying attention; nobody brought the menu till I asked, it was a struggle even to get some water; when I ordered “spicy beef rolls” and asked about what kind of spice (wasn’t in the menu!)- didn’t get an audible answer. When it came -I felt like I was in Indian restaurant - not French - it was full of curry, which I don’t like and never eat. And at the end I was charged 15% public holiday surcharge -for the service I didn’t receive -and for the food I didn’t like. Needless to say we aren’t going to this place for any occasion.
The best ham Bennie I've ever had. Classic style, exactly the right amount, and the hollondaise was perfect.
