Unbelievable, not sure I had ever really eaten before this incredible EXPerience

Such a great meal experience! We visited for an anniversary and were not disappointment. Each dish was a delight, with lovely matching wines. We even had a chance to chat with the head chef/owner who makes the effort to serve some of the dishes throughout the night. Do yourself a favour and say yes to every additional option on offer as well. Unlike some degustations we've experienced, we left this one well fed (but not over full). Highly recommended and will definitely be back again!

Loved this place very friendly staff and professional. Very good knowledge on food and wine. We enjoyed every minute of our time here. Food was fantasic small portions but it makes you super full. Would definately reccomend.

Comfortably one of the best dining experiences me and my wife have had. Only went there as it was one of the few good restaurants open on a Monday night and left extremely satisfied. Enjoyed the food as much as any of Sydney’s top restaurants I’ve been to (Sepia, Quay, Momofuku) Staff were a 10/10 as well.

Thank you so much for our wonderful dinner on Saturday night, you were so accommodating with my wife's dietary requirements and went above and beyond to make sure she wasn't left wanting. Your staff were fantastic and I will highly recommend you to friends and family because we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I just wish there was more of your amazing sour dough to take home !!

Each and every plate was delicious. We even ate food that we normally wouldn't eat. The attention to detail and flavour was amazing. Our favourite was the Buttermilk sorbet, verjuice, finger lime, lemon myrtle meringue. The little bubbles of finger lime burst with explosion of lime flavour.The service was impeccable.

Had a wedding reception for 11 guests. From the reservation till the dining experience, everything was seamless and amazing! Food was fantastic and the wine pairing made it even better. Such attentive service from the staff! Will definitely be back! EXP made our wedding reception something that we will reminisce in years to come! Thank you!!

Such a wonderful night. Intimate space, fabulous service and a wonderful selection of food and wine. Don’t say no to the “cheese on toast” extra. To top it off they even remembered my special request for a Happy Birthday which came out at the end with two little lamingtons. Haven’t stopped recommending to anyone I can!

Amazing food and service, we opted to sit at the bar and could see how everything was being prepared. Decided on the wine pairing, which made the experience even better. The flavors were out of this world and the staff made our night extra special by being incredibly attentive. 100% recommend!!
