The best dinner in the Hunter Valley! The restaurant was cozy but chic and quiet small so the staff was super attentive and nice. The food was spectacular, the snacks were the best we have had in Sydney so far (and we visit a lot of fine dining restaurants). The staff was attentive, professional and very friendly. Overall it’s a must try if you are visiting the Hunter Valley and are looking for a nice place for dinner Thanks so much for the experience

This has been one of the best food EXPeriences I've ever had. The flavours and styling of the food are 2nd to none and the staff are the same. I feel that the staff are paired to food as good as the wine selections. Everything they do is seamless, all whilst engaging you on a very personal level to ensure you are happy. I have no single stand-out dish as everything blew my mind. I will be back and can not wait for my next visit. All I can say is thank you..

Wonderful experience, our favourite fine dining in Hunter Valley in intimate and relaxed atmosphere. We were first at Exp several years ago and have been meaning to go back - finally had the chance to do so and we’re very happy that it lived up to our recollections and maintained its excellence since first visit. Recommend sitting at the bar where you can see the team plating up the food and some of the cooking techniques. Makes it a bit more informal and fun. Matched wine had some very interesting finds, we Googled a few of the bottles as they sounded so intriguing.

The food is delicious 😋 and the chef is also very handsome! Please book before going. The best restaurant in the Hunter Valley!
