Domino's Pizza Hobart

Ordered mega meat lovers ,bbq meat lovers and a cheesy garlic .. I couldn’t find any meat on meat lovers.. all what they put is some onions and few sausage pieces ,the cheesy garlic was over burnt from one side.. this is the first time I ordered from this shop. Worst pizza ever . The other shops that I have eaten before are far better than this.could use the charcoal for something 😂

Both the staff and manager were very rude over the phone for the mistake they made, and framed me saying that "I'm talking rubbish on the phone". The manager even said that he does not care when I told him I'm going to make a formal complaint. Being a customer of this store for over three years, will not be anymore.

The pizzas were above average considering its price:)

I ordered a spicy peppy paneer pizza today near about 20:10pm. They made that pizza 3 times but haven’t made it correct. I waited at the store for 45 mins. Haven’t got my pizza. Very much dispointed with the staff.

Pizza was horrible and arrived an hour later than estimated time on the app. The delivery driver clearly was an amateur as he was taking any detour that he could. The pizza was cold and It caused me to be sick so I called them up and was just left ringing after I tried multiple times. I filed a complaint for a refund, and they got back to me asking for detail so I explained the whole thing again. It has now been 2 weeks and I haven't had a response. Never ordering again.

Haven't been work at the burnie one tho and they're decent so must also be decent here

I ordered a vegan pizza which came with the wrong and missing toppings. This ALWAYS happens with Domino's, not just this store but all over the country. How hard is it to give people what we pay for.. I'm sick of it. Will be contacting PayPal for a refund because this should not be happening. Read ingredients list, put said ingredients on pizza, put in oven. It's easy to do guys, hire some competent staff & fire the babies who obviously don't care about the brand.

Grabbed a pizza yesterday and it was up to the usual standard, but the customer service couldn't have been worse. Only that a young lady stopped building pizzas in the back to serve me I would have just asked for a refund, the obvious couple working at the front were too busy catching up with each other to help paying customers. They need a supervisor on hand...

Ordering Pizza 2 times its good out of 5 times Busy times never good; During festivals or events. +Ordered pizza again. Ordered chicken pizza (no chicken in the toppings). Ordered paneer pizza (no paneer). This is disgusting. Ordered again... This time it was good. Not like 5 stars.
