“Table for two?” “I’m sorry, we only have room at the bar...” And that’s how we got the best seats in the house, basking in the warmth of the pizza oven and chatting with the staff as they adeptly prepared food and drink for everyone. Excellent food, and good company.

The Sicilian duck is stunning to say the least; I don’t usually enjoy fruit with my meat, but this dish was one of the best I’ve eaten. While not everything I’ve eaten at Cultura has been stunning, I have never been even the tiniest bit disappointed. The waiter and waitress provide excellent service without servility and the prices are well below establishments providing lesser fare.

Yea you read the ratings right, because this restaurant deserves it. Cultura provides one of the best dining experience you can get around Hobart, and their dishes are very nice as well. Don't believe me? Get in and try out their "Sicilian Duck" for yourself, that sweet and rich taste of the gnocchi, oh my...

In desperation of finding an inexpensive meal at 8.ish we finally found this little gem. Really nice staff and excellent pasta. They even threw in a little dessert on the house. Do go. They deserve it. Prices seemed on the slightly higher side for pizza & pasta however the quality justified the cost. recommend
