As we have been to New Orleans and surrounding bayou regions and experienced the authentic meals we were excited to be staying at the Johnson across the road and order dinner from here. Staff were amazing and catered to my daughters request to have Southern fried chicken on her po boy! And I ordered the clams..... omg amazing! Thank you I messaged my husband in St Andrew’s on his hospital bed and said I am bring you back here! You’ll love it!!!! Yum yum yum thank you. Heart felt memories of the south!!!

A cosy little place full of flavour and friendly service. The duck wings were tasty although it was difficult to dip in the delicious dipping sauce. Service was good and the gas heaters great were great in winter. Also a great range of house specialties and specials. There was a great range of both local and american beers and the beer glasses were so ice cold that the head froze to the edge of the glass! The beef cheek special was amazing and the Fat Tuesday pasta was great too. I have only been once, so I could only give it a 4 star but I have a feeling it will move to a 5 when we return!

Fantastic restaurant and bar with great atmosphere! The service was fantastic, we had the owner/chef come out and talk to us which was really nice! I had the Chicken gumbo which was absolutely delicious! Really great selection of American beers, great opportunity to try something new!

This place is so hecking good. Staff are amazing and friendly, the food is insanely delicious and it's such a chill atmosphere. Genuinely wish I lived close so I could eat here more

Amazing food and great service

Workmate and I came here for work and it was so delicious!! The Chicken fried chicken (?) Was huge and the Roast Beef Po Boy was so tender and melty. Staff were lovely, setting great. Highly recommend!
