Some of the rudest, most entitled staff in the CBD. The host working on Saturday afternoon of Easter long weekend decided that she was overwhelmed by the fact the restaurant was half-full, so she decided to arbitrarily lock the door of the restaurant during opening hours, so that she could "catch up" -- and she didn't post a note on the locked door explaining what was happening, and she refused to answer the phone, even when patrons whose bags were inside the restaurant, and who had stepped out for a cigarette, were unable to rejoin their tables.
On top of that, when she decided to unlock the door, the host chastised all of us who had bothered to wait, because she was feeling busy, so she didn't like that two tables of guests wanted to eat at 5pm. Two tables worth of customers walked out on Saturday.
I've never had a business chastise me for showing up and trying to spend money there during it's business hours.
Don't worry, Cookie -- I won't ever try to spend money at your business again.
