We went here for a dinner, and while the staff were amazing and the ambiance was lovely, we both left agreeing it was not worth the money to go again. For the portion and drink sizes and food quality, we both felt prices were on the high side. While both dishes tasted nice, the chicken and cashew was only warm and the batter soggy, it felt it was not freshly cooked. We could have easily gone to our local Thai place and had bigger and as tasty servings for a lot cheaper. Coconut rice and the peanut sauce with the roti were our highlights.

Great service. Very busy but got our meal quickly and was so delicious. No bad words for this place. I accidentally booked for next month but they still managed to find us a table thank goodness!

This place has a nice and cozy vibe. The hosts are friendly and service is quick. We ordered the Pash Rash and Mai Tai which both tasted good. The Betel Bliss Bombs were great with such amazing flavor! The Penang lamb curry was very well balanced with the lamb cooked to perfection. The only exception being the ribs which were a tad bit overcooked and didn't taste that great (probably because the bliss bombs and penang curry were really good) Overall, Cookie has been a good experience. The ambience and music is nice and hosts are very friendly. Would definitely visit this place again

Came in for a pre dinner snack, and got a table straight away. Food and service as good as always, even though it had been a few years. Can’t fault this place, so tasty!

Booked a table for birthday dinner for Tuesday night , wrote an email asked if can organized for dessert with a candle but didn’t get respond. Ordered 2 small dishes ( scollop and calamari) 1 medium stir-fried chicken with cashews and 1 jasmine rice. Scallops were nice , stir-fried chicken with cashews taste ok but only warm not hot, rice was a bit dry and hard, calamari not crispy not sure it’s suppose like that . After drink and food order , staff didn’t do any table service at all even pour water , we needed to order some more thing only can though food runner , but around 6-6:30 not really busy in the restaurant . Went there was going for a birthday dinner but a bit disappointed. Food and drinks portions and quantity were very pricey. When my partner went to pay bill , staff asked how’s everything , my partner said not very good, and staff didn’t say anything , that was wired service.

Good luck getting served on a semi busy night. There’s a single place to order food from, like a cheap country hotel but with a lot more people. The long bar has many opportunities to order drinks but most is blocked by people on stools (fair enough! and the gaps are ignored by staff who walk back and forth behind the bar, back and forth being busy but who knows with what. Then they all disappear and eventually reappear as a pack briefly. Such a great location and food but let down by processes that are designed to serve those who work here, not those who try to spend money here.

Had a fantastic experience here - we booked a birthday for a friend and were looked after superbly. Had one of the best nights in a long time. Food, drink and service was on point. THANK YOU! PS- I accidentally left a 1 star review...do NOT know how that happened?
