Tasty breakfast however it goes cold very quickly due to serving food on unheated plates. I visited on a wet damp cold Saturday -yesterday. Disappointing to have no heating in quite a large cafe. Would have stayed longer if it was warmer

We arrived Saturday morning 9am ready and keen to order four full English breakfast. Place semi empty and very quiet. Polish lady was standing behind the bar, told us to sit down and presumably would come round to serve us but then subsequently seemed more interested in making a coffee and chatting to some polish man. To compound things the other waitress was busy putting canned drinks in the fridge. Which at this time of the day no one was going to order. Rather than coming to take our order, waiting for over 10 minutes hungry, she continued with this random task. We had enough of the shambolic service and stood up walking out. It's puzzling that a quiet place would not be keen to serve hungry customers... We will not be returning. We've read the other reviews about the staff and it all now comes together and makes complete sense. Awful / non existent table service. We went to cafe nell in Northfields and were served almost immediately. Perfect

Not impressed with food. Sloppily presented, tasteless and overpriced. Hopefully was chef's day off. Good selection of cakes but over sweet. This cafe has gone downhill in the past few years. Huge turnover of staff, different every time we have visited.

I've never had a bad experience here until recently. We had brunch here and the food looked wonderful. It wasn't until half way through my meal that I realised the eggs were on the raw side - clear egg whites. I stopped eating and left the rest. Exactly 24 hours later, I ended up with the most debilitating food poisoning - almost went to the hospital as i couldn't keep anything down. This was 1 week ago and I am still suffering a sensitive stomach. I will return but not for hot food.

Overpriced frozen food, ordered Pannini and got seeded stale bread that was not panini and was defrosted, the chips were scraps and not many. Dirty tables, bad slow service, staff miserable, one customer sitting on a table for 4 so no room for us to sit, mums with prams taking up the walkway looks like a nursery. Got overcharged for extra that I did not have. Really bad hygiene( cobwebs hanging from the ceiling).can’t believe anyone can give this place a good review, I have been a few times and is worse every time. Avoid this place. Am never going back again.

Disappointing experience, from the moment of entrance to this place until the end, it was extremely awkward. No table service was provided, even though the waiter was constantly staring at our table, making it weird to even have a bite of my food or talk with my partner. Food quality is not the best. On the same day during the evening, after such an uncomfortable time in this place, my partner and I ended up with food poisoning. I will not recommend this place by any chance unless you want a freshly squeezed orange as it is the only good thing I have had from their menu.

Great place to meet with friends over a coffee, really comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is really nice, although at £8.50 plus the coffee, you may need to starve yourself all week to be able to afford it. If that is your strategy, then better have a plan B as well, as the portions sizes aren’t great, and you may not be able to afford lunch! On the plus side though, the sausages are amazing... The coffee is not fantastic, we always ask for a tall glass for our latte, but maybe that’s just us. Milkshake - No Great Shakes ! Summary, really nice sausage, okay coffee, and expensive. So, if you are seriously rich, got a friend who you would like to meet in a comfy place, where the wife / husband or significant other won’t find you, and you both love sausages - this is definitely the place for your illicit encounter... just be careful where you park you Range Rover.

Nice place with a good choice of options. You can also find dishes if you don't eat meat. The staff are friendly, and the place itself has a good vibe.
