Ciao Cafe & Cakes Bar And pizzeria Braddon

Excellent experience with ordering a cannoli stack via email and having it delivered to the venue. The stack arrived as scheduled, and was a hit with the guests. The cannolis were delicious and easier to eat after a full meal than a heavy cake. It was so much more convenient for a pub lunch than a traditional cake (no knives or cutting required). Ciao staff and communication was excellent, would order from them again.

I went here to have breakfast and I ended up eating it for lunch. The service was very slow but the food was good.

Food tastes bland. Service reasonable, but they're more concerned with cleaning up than serving. They brought me the wrong pizza which was tasteless. Cannoli tasted off.

I ordered my wedding anniversary pineapple cake from cafe & cakes Braddon on day before yesterday but when my husband went there yesterday to pick it up they said we don’t have any order under your name but we can make it now, we got the cake and when we cut it, we realised it is very hard and hardly can cut it and it is actually made from banana bread, it really ruin my day but striking thing is that when we reached today to meet with manager at Ciao cakes at 8:00 (19 December), the guy on counter was too rude, even he don’t know how to talk with customers even he said don’t tell me how to do business, are you serious man, I don’t know who gave you this job if you are manager but if you are owner then who allow you to open a business. I never recommend this shop to anyone

Some of the best Coffee iv had in Canberra, and the brand new pizza menu is absolutely perfect! Staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Overall, great experience :P

They made a cake and cupcakes for my 21st and they were amazing! Big plus that the vegan cupcakes we got were a hit! They all looked and tasted amazing!!
