I wanted to surprise my other half who lives in Canberra with a birthday cake as I am currently residing outside AUS. I got in contact and Emily from Ciao Cakes got in touch with me to organize this. There was a bit back and forth with Emily to sort out all the details of the cake but she was very helpful and professional. She managed to organize a bunch of roses as well at the same time which was outside their scope of business. I really appreciated as this saved me some hassle. The cake and flowers were delivered in time and looked like the photos in the website. Everyone was happy. Would definitely recommend CIAO cakes for their great service :) Well done !

Although the food was nice , it took over an hour for it to come. Other people in there had a similar wait and ended up having to take one of their meals takeaway.

Place has a great vibe. Went with my sister and a few friends. Iced chocolate with cream and ice cream yummy. Had the eggs Benedict with salmon was a hit. And there cake showcase is full of treats. Eclairs with fresh cream 😋

Definitely one of the best coffees in Canberra! They might've had some fresher pouched eggs for breakfast, otherwise all has been good!

One of the greatest pizzas I’ve had in a while. The dough is cooked to perfection and the sauce was so flavoursome. There was basil, olive oil and garlic, it was a mouthful of Italian goodness. Paired with an espresso martini. Bellissimo!!

They advertise cafe and cakes and boy are there cakes! Made locally their choice is vast. They also serve food and my friends and I had a good breakfast while lusting after the cakes! Unassuming but worth a visit!

Came here for breakfast time to time. Location is good. It’s placed in centre of Canberra. Food is delicious and cafe perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoy in good cafe and food.
