Chocolateria San Churro

Ordered some drinks and churros. Drinks arrived but never got the churros. Asked staff after 20 mins and they advised it ‘may’ have gone to the wrong table. Refund offered for the churros.

I love coming to this particular branch because it's tucked away in a quiet section of the Ozone in Knox City. It's spacious and there's a selection of comfortable chairs to sink into with a book and the staff are always friendly and make great drinks! I prefer to come here around lunch when it's the quietest. The only downside- and this is me simply being too picky -is the selection of pop music playing over the speakers but I understand the attempt to liven up the vibe. Other than that, I love it here!

Great Spanish churro place.

After receiving damaged items because of an Uber eats driver, san churros really pulled through and went above and beyond and re made everything for me thank you guys so much! Much appreciated and always love your service xx

We came after covid restriction eased and after queuing for 20 minutes we were told it's take away only. No wonder the group of 3 in front of us dissapointed and walked away, cancel their order too. This should be communicated before we put our order. I could see staff are overwhelmed and very limited staff are working. There were only 10 people seated inside and the current regulation stated 20 people are allowed. This cafe is huge so I see no reason why they cant let 20 people seated. The cashier told me they can only serve 10 people indoor not 20, even after I told her it's not the case. Dissapointed.

Good experience. We only got drinks which were all nice. I asked if the iced chocolate came in milk or dark chocolate and was told they are all pre-prepared fudge and milk components. I had hoped it being a chocolate specialist would have had the option. It was OK. The fudge was quite gritty.

I went there today to get birthday churros with my friend. I ordered and I believe the meal came out within 10 minutes. Brilliant service and friendly staff. Only feedback I would have is that I had to ask to get our table cleaned but that's not a big deal. Will be visiting again!

Waited 30 mins for my order that was ready to go but they forgot and left it to go cold on the side. I asked someone initially and they brushed me off. Very bad service for how expensive it is.

Poor service even not enough staff to serve the costumers ,ordered coffee and churros they brought coffee and after 20 mins still waiting for the order, you think you are saving money by having less staff but you are loosing your customers actually, never come back again 😡
