Chocolateria San Churro

Didn't like the taste, long wait etc, but ambience was good. Thick shakes from domino's tastes better, at a fraction of the cost.

Great coffee and churros but pricey

Nice food and drink but the service was a little lackluster. I don't mind having to get my own water but decide not to when there is slime growing in the spill drain.

My son fall on the couch once he set on it . Almost got his head pumped to the table Update : there was no sign what so ever as you mentioned. Thanks

Had a dark chocolate milkshake. Menu does not mention that they come with cream, which I don't like. But once that was messily scraped off, the shake itself was very decadent. Staff are friendly and the premises clean. Probably could also do with a order takeaway here sign.

Got a free coffee deal. Redeemed it for a serve of (small) Spanish Latte. The staff were not friendly, especially the one who was at the register. She did not ask whether we wanted to dine in or take away. She just assumed it was for take away. The coffee came with a small milk chocolate. The Spanish latte tasted nice, but was a little too sweet. The service was quite quick.

Ordered a standard hot chocolate got a cup of thick horrible sludge. When i went to have a sip it was so thick it couldn't come out of the lid. I took the cup off and it was like wet thick cement. Unsure how the except people to drink this ? And I paid $8. I called up and spoke to the girl working and she said I ordered a thick hot choc (which I didnt) and she was very rude and dismissive. Horrible customer service. Even if I did order the thick one it would be totally undrinkable. I showed my work colleagues and they were also shocked. It was literally all powder with a few teaspoons on milk made into a hot gooey mess. Totally unacceptable. I messaged them on facebook to let them know and they viewed the messages this morning and no response. Would really appreciate a response and my money back. Thank you :)

Very bad service. Ordered about four other tables present at the time. Waited watched others arrive and get orders finally got up to ask where our order was. after over 30 min. I am not sure how they didn't notice we had nothing and were just sitting there. A blank look when I asked how much longer I would have to wait. then she asked what we had ordered then she said their was no order and she looked back through the cash register and found our order said she would make it and then when the order came it was not what we ordered. She said she was sorry but they had been busy and mistakes happen and walked away.

the food is awesome and staff very friendly, shop has a very welcoming atmosphere
