Chocolateria San Churro

we were here when was very busy and most people were not in masks that's didn't stop us eating here, unfortunately ordering some churros, a ice chocolate, hot chocolate and ice coffee none came with a spoon. how can we stir our drinks?? especially the ice chocolate. and also no tissues were offer to us only placed under the churros we had which was a bit dirty due to the churros place on top of it. and notice the table wasn't wipe down for us. besides this it was not bad night for us. just disappointed that the Southland and Chadstone site had close so we had to travel here for it.

Very good coffee and cake.

Not happy with the till service, very bad. We came up and ordered what we wanted and paid as per usual and didn't take the receipt. We sat down and our some of our drinks came but then a drink that we hadn't ordered came with it, we were confused so we told them we didn't order it. They came out again with the churos but again with ones we didn't order, turns out they had not taken our order correctly. Fair enough, after a while they came out with the correct order. We were still waiting for 1 more drink but after an hour nothing came. I went up to the staff and told them that we still had a drink missing and after checking they said that we hadn't ordered the drink. Was very annoyed to the point that I didn't want to even bother going to order again, won't be coming back soon.

I used to love this place, now it feels over priced (they have reduced the portion size drastically). Their service is just average and for the premium price charged, I expect the service to be excellent. E.g. I ordered a chocolate cheese cake (which was yumm) the cake on the thicker was about an inch and tapered off.

While the food and drinks are nice, the overall experience is disappointing with poor service (at Knox anyway). Staff don’t listen to orders properly, so we then regularly have to correct and/or remind them of our order and yet still receive the wrong order after waiting easily up to 30 minutes with very few other customers. Employees often look disinterested in their work, or when quiet spend more time talking to one another than customer service. I hope other chains will be a better experience than at Knox.

Lovely staff, they got us through iso walking up to knox and getting a takeaway coffee once a week. Coffee is amazing, churros are delicious, highly recommend them.

Best vegan hot chocolate. I think this place is accidentally the best coffee at Westfield Knox.
