Wonderful place for cakes, burgers, tea and coffee and gelato all under one roof.

Delicious pastries and great ambience ! Great outdoor seating to watch the world go by. Nice cuppa to go with pastries. Conveniently located near the Melbourne Visitor Shuttle stop.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Gina who made me feel very welcome in Melbourne:) Their eclair and ice creams are my favourite ! ❤️

A Melbourne establishment for italian pastries and cakes that maintains some charm but that charm is incrementally getting lost and diluted in the visual appearance of the pasticcino. I've been going here regulalry for 6 years since moving to Melbourne and prices are always increasing. They've been a Melbourne brand for years and seems like they're happy being established and don't strive for excellence... it's a shame because they have all the name and capacity to do better and inspire

Very disappointed!!!! The service was atrocious! Was at the counter around 8.30 in the morning there were only a few people at the counter, the staff were too busy talking amongst themselves to take my order, I waited at least 5-6 minutes while two different people walked past me without even acknowledging I was there. I was so appalled by the poor service I walked out and went up the road for some FRIENDLY PROMPT SERVICE.

The coffee wasn’t good, very plain. The deserts were very dry and hard.

Food was tasty and service was quick but ordering is confusing. Manages to cater for volume relatively well. Patisserie cakes look good.
