Service incredible. Champagne service amazing.

Disappointed with not having a choice of veg or salad with my salmon... had to buy a salad... couldn't swap out... made my tiny piece of salmon very expensive.

I love this place. These guys execute the essential matters so well. They've got nothing fancy but great service, drink, and food. It's funny how hard to find places these basic things are done right. The steak was cooked to perfection, and other dishes just deliver what you need. I feel the price is even cheap thanks to so many businesses are overcharging for the fancy sh*t. Highly recommended

We booked a table for 6.45pm and was told they needed the table back by 8pm which was fine, we ordered our meal at 7pm and waited and hour for it to arrive. After finishing our meal we were pushed out the door with no chance for dessert. 3 stars only because the food was delicious.

Excellent experience at the ball and chain, food was great and the service was even better, staff were really friendly and we more then happy to help us with anything we needed. Their menu was very diverse, every cut in all different sizes and some of them near 2kg for the big eaters

Nice location and decor. Ordered medium rare steak but was brought out rare. For a steak house you would expect competent chefs with steak, yet they give the place a poor reputation for what should otherwise be a good restaurant.

Undoubtedly the best meal of Beef cheek and Lamb shanks we have ever had. Just delicious. Friendly staff and accommodating manager Thankyou for fitting us in.

Behold convict built building in Salamanca Place. Went for lunch. Plates we had were Pie of the day, meat in curry, Salmon pate, Lamb kebabs, and couple of steaks. All delicious. Highly recommend a visit
