I have had 3 meals here and would rate the food and atmosphere a fine dining 5 star rating. Unfortunately I have never experienced such poor service. The wait staff seem to hide from the table and won't serve drinks, when we ordered on all three occasions they have forgotten the sides, we could not get a wine list and they didn't even offer dessert or coffee. When the wait staff did come to the table, they we're polite and friendly but took forever to get anything done. The food was delicious (maybe needs some sides)

Service is lovely and professional, staff knowledgeable about the menu. Food itself presented well but not quite reaching the standard you would expect from the prices.

Food was good and fresh. Big servings. Very good service. Really pricey though. I come from Sydney so I am accustomed to steep prices, but I was a bit shocked. Super fine dining prices, but that wasn't reflected in food and service. Mind you, food in Armidale is pretty dire, so I suppose compared with the competition, it is fine dining.

This place is amazing! We used the docket deal (2 for 1 deal) and loved the whole experience. Such an amazing restaurant! We had the ribs...so tender and very generous portions. We couldn't believe that we were the only people in the restaurant, and this meant we were very spoilt by our waiter Todd..he was so attentive and made our lunch together very special..we have eaten out in many places all over, and over many years together, but Todd certainly knows how to make the meal so very special. We are excited to be coming back in the near future! Ash and Ev.

The setting is great and the food really was good but the service left a lot to be desired for our large table. The restaurant was not full by any means. The staff were standing around a lot or chatting and seemed oblivious to the requirements of guests. We had to actually get up and approach them to request things a number of times and yet there was a level of pretentiousness when they did come to the table..... service didn’t add up! We did enjoy our meals though.
