RIP Anshuman the Dhaba Clayton Branch. You have really gone down. I m visiting this place from almost the decade. It wasn’t bad before but I believe they need to Shut down as the staff is very very rude to every one then they take your order and lost also you will get your food but not Roties or Naan. Also you have to ask for Achar,onion etc. which they provide you always. I can’t believe that they compromise with the Quality. We are having 6 family here but all of us will never go ever to this place. Of course the boss was not there and it might not affect them but I m sharing what I have experienced. Highly disappointed

Love the painstakingly curated hip Indian music that makes your body sway uncontrollably. Ample space for families with baby chairs. Best Deal: Almost a steal for the lunch pack at $7.90 Service: Team members are neat, well presented, smiling & polite. Came quickly to me when I raised my hands for service. Atmosphere: Well decorated & Clean. Temperature is Climate Controlled. Crowd: Mix of Indian, Caucasian, Chinese locals Place is packed full of people eating thus the food must be good. The food turnover rate is high thus the food must be fresh. If you are busy, why not order takeaway and enjoy in the comfort of your home to binge watch movies? Restaurant protected by God Ganesh. I give it 5 / 5 stars. I will return to try different dishes like the Naan & drinks as they all look tasty. Worst experience ever, not ready to accept payment by tap and pay. And they were happy to cancel the order, rather than accepting the tap and pay. We were coming from long distance and not having card with us. Rude staff and not have manner to talk with customers. Make sure you guys don’t suffer from this kind of things. Thanks

I went with my family for lunch around 3.15pm in this dhaba on 26th May 2021. I experienced very worst customer service. Two girls are working and they don’t know how to treat small baby and customers. One girl yelled at my 2 year old baby for turning up to their desk as soon as we entered. When my wife asked that girl rudely said children are not allowed beyond that point. My wife requested to be polite to my baby as she is too small to understand. Also both the girls didn’t bother to take order for long time and turned up very rude for every dish my wife ordered. During checkout my wife was ready with the phone to pay the bill but that girl refused and said she needs physical card to make payment or else get cash from ATM. Finally I brought my wife bank card from my car and my wife went to pay the bill that girl banged the eftpos machine on the table. Please take proper action on these two girls as they don’t know the customer service and proper manners how to behave with customers and small baby. If there is no action after my review then it’s waste of money and time on visiting to Anshumann Da Dhaba Clayton.

This place just test your patience... Took hours to get a small order.. Waited a hour for pickup in restaurant..
