This is by far the best Turkish food we've had in Brisbane. Delicious, authentic and traditional Turkish food at a very reasonable price. Amazing flavours that remind me of my time in Turkey with a great atmosphere. They were even able to prepare us a Lahmacun upon request which wasn't even on the menu! It was crispy and delicious. They offered some complimentary bread and dips on arrival which was a special treat.

Can't believe there isn't more of a line-up for this place. The Blue Mountain on the menu is brilliant (French toast, maple syrup, eggs etc) and if you order the Schnitzel Burger OMG the schnitzel stays crispy until the last bite! Even with avocado etc on it. Don't know how they do it.....The coffee mugs are huge. Prices are very reasonable - they could easily add $5 to each item given the location but they haven't. Or grab a cheap $6 ham and cheese toastie. So come on peeps support your local (or non-local) if taking a ferry trip or car trip to New Farm Park!

I was a proud consumer and support of the ethnic delight known as an "HSP". However, given that I am both elderly and confined to a mobility scooter in order to protect my finite energy, I relied in using the uber eats to receive my food. Sadly, Ablas kebab have turned their backs on me, Angela by no longer delivering to Windsor, the suburb in which is reside my cat Muffin (my furrie companion). I would like to know why I am no longer entitled to enjoying your exquisite middle eastern cuisine and why you have abandoned me as a customer.

Wow. Freja and Nathan have taken a massive gamble turning their popular cafe into a fine dining restaurant and I am so glad to say that it has paid off! The ambience of this place is amazing. The intimate seating gives you the opportunity to ask questions about the menu and the food and the team are more than happy to answer those questions with a bit of friendly banter. The sommelier has picked some cracker wines and if you’re after something else, the drinks menu is extensive...but let me talk about the food. AMAZING. Nathan has really put on a show with some impressive Australian produce - the mix of sweet and sour, umami...salt. Every dish is carefully constructed, and the result is a balanced degustation that makes perfect sense, especially after Freja takes you through the thought process. I had the best dessert of my life at this restaurant and I will definitely be back to experience this again. Well done, Elska. You have a fan in me!

Excellent breakfast staples but with a twist. I had the delicious pork belly Benedict on Naan with curry hollandaise. The staff are friendly, undercover seating outdoors, inside is super nice with a large pane looking outside too. The coffee was also on point 💯

Visited on opening night and can definitely say it will be our new local Thai restaurant; Curry Puffs, Satay Sticks and Fried Tofu were excellent.. chicken tender and puffs authentic... Mains were the classic Pad Thai and Massaman both of which were excellent, actual LARGE tender juicy beef chunks and excellent Pad Thai flavours and juicy chicken... Hopefully this restaurant will keep to its true authentic dishes as time goes on and will become a local success.

The changes to the dinner menu have you thinking you are sitting on the veranda of a posh villa in Hanoi. It is tasty, flavourful, stylish and generous Asian food. We had 3 courses and each were full of yummy little delights. The whole fish was so good, with the herbs salad mix over the top. I really liked that they put the sauce in a bowl on the side so you could control how much to put on each mouthful because sometime you want a bite without sauce to get the true taste of the fish then the next bite you want to drown it in sauce because it is just so damn good. I'm not normally a fan of Asian desert but we scrapped the plates with these little beauties. Great food and attentive staff without being over the top. About the hotel: This little gem has some seriously comfortable beds. Its quaint and quiet with a relaxed atmosphere. Check in and out where a breeze with friendly staff. We bought a dinner, bed and breakfast package and I liked that there wasn't hidden costs. Breakfast really was breakfast with a coffee and they didn't charge us extra just because I wanted bacon with my smashed avo. I would have loved a pool but the view from the rooftop bar made up for it.

Just had my first try for the Crust Pizza. The half wild-mushroom half pesto-chicken was great! Highly recommended!

I had a great almond milk mocca here. There are nice places to sit outside, under the shadow of a nice tree and some umbrellas. This is a non profit coffee, which money is reverted to New Farm Community Center. They have full and skinny milk, plus almond and soy options. There are also organic take away cups for sell.
Some awesome exhibitions at the powerhouse museum.
