Overall, The ramen tastes pretty good and friendly service. I was so happy this ramen shop oppened at Brisbane. I went to the Gold coast one. However in terms of atmosphere, it is a quite small shop and busy, so I felt like I'm in a take away shop .... You have to pay first and then you can take a seat. Even though I'm a big Japanese ramen fan, the choice of everything makes me a bit tired..(too many steps) I understand that they wants to give customers choice which is a great idea for some people who wants to specify their own. I think It would be better if they ask first 'Standard' or 'your own choice of options'. I'm happy to try the chief's way because I respect the way of your cooking. Noodle portion was slightly smaller than I expected.

Was was hoping for more from this place, got home delivery one night had the steak which was ok just no real flavour to it . The wings were dry over cooked . Second time thought ok burger and ribs!! Burgers were great pork ribs over cooked bit burned crusted . Have to say chips were good Mauna k start going back to grilled :(

A pleasant atmosphere filled with the most charm-ful of staff I must say, if that's not what drags you into this cozy area of west end then their breakfast and brunch menu will! I have ordered their English bendedict twice in a row and let me say, they do not disappoint as their eggs are poached to perfection. Will def be a regular there!

Fantastic venue. 5 star service with down to earth wait staff who are great to talk to and seem to remember us every time we go. Highly consistent food, the wagyu eye fillet is divine and the beef short ribs are to die for. Whilst some of the dishes are on the pricier side of things, once you try them you'll understand that you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommend trying it out and constantly look forward to return visits.
Great Pho (Noodle Soup). Good (occasionally exceptional!) service. Cheap as. I've been going back to Quanh Thanh for 20 odd years. I love that they consistently deliver such great food, quality and value. It's not surprising that the place is usually buzzing most nights of the week, while the other restaurants in the street are quiet. Top job guys.
