Blossom Lotus

182 King Street 2042, Sydney

This place is very vegan friendly, but you would expect that in the green quarter of Newtown.

Arthur
4.6
/ 162

544 Bourke St Surry Hills 2010, Sydney

Easily one of the best restaurants of 2018. The food and wine is phenomenal and the service is amazing. Topped off with the great atmosphere and polished design, Arthur is spot on! Congrats to the owners for doing something very unique and special.

Queens Pastri House
4.7
/ 151

298 Rocky Point Rd 2217, Sydney

Awesome patries made fresh every morning

Portside
4.2
/ 211

Western Broadwalk Sydney Opera House, Sydney

Was more casual than I anticipated, but really the whole Opera House experience was, and with the heat and long walk, the casualness turned out to be a benefit. We had the two-course pre-theatre menu and it was delicious. Unfortunately it was a very hot day so the outside dining was a tad uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Electric fans would have been nice. Inside was an option but the tables looked somewhat "cafeteria-ish" so we declined.

Lotus The Galeries
4.0
/ 244

The Galeries, Level 1, 500 George St The Galeries Level 1 2000, Sydney

Swanky little Chinese restaurant / bar at The Galleries. If you're here for dinner give the deep fried tofu with salt and wild fire dukkah and dry fried hokkien noodles with XO sauce a go. Service is good though food is extremely pricey.

Cantina OK!
4.8
/ 141

Council Pl, Sydney

Delightful service and fabulous cocktails!

Pad Thai Chai Yo
4.4
/ 183

1B , Rosalyn Street Potts Point 0, Sydney

When I first moved to Sydney, I called Kings Cross home. I lived in a lodge off the strip and so became very familiar with the local eateries. Pad thai quickly became a twice weekly event because as the name would suggest, they do GREAT pad thai! For about $12 you can get a large steaming plate of fresh wonderfully flavoursome noodles that is well balanced with the obligatory sweet, salty, acidic flavours as any good pad thai should be. I wouldn't exactly call Pad Thai a restaurant, but more a hawkers stall cum hole in the wall takeout. The decor leaves a lot to be desired, but the Pad Thai is worth the visually unappealing interior. You could always try sitting outside on the plastic table and chairs as Pad Thai is a stone throw from one of the busiest and most highly entertaining intersections in the cross, so there is never a dull moment. This is inner city value dining at its red-light finest.

Baffi & Mo Espresso
4.4
/ 183

94 Redfern St Redfern 2016, Sydney

Had a lovely breakfast and piccolo latte here. It's a very popular place on the weekend so when you come here, make sure you come early or you're prepared to wait for a table

Sekka Dining
4.5
/ 171

St Leonard's square U 1 472-488 Pacific Hwy St Leonard's 2065, Sydney

Pure authentic Japanese Ramen just like the ones you'll come across in the streets of Japan, with a combination of authentic and creative izakaya style offerings. It's a newly opening business and already am excited for how they'll grow and expand from here.

Kfc
Kfc
3.4
/ 396

766 George St 2000, Sydney

One of the best KFC around. The workers here are always super friendly despite dealing with rude as hell customers (Trust me I see them every time I come in to get my own food) on a regular basis.

Garçon
3.9
/ 262

1 Dalgal Way 0, Sydney

Garçon is a coffee-centric venue with attention to detail and customer service at its core. Getting back to the basics of traditional good service is Garçon’s ethos: “Garçon!” calls the patron to the waiter who arrives swiftly with a confident smile. Returning customer service to the ‘Belle époque’ of hospitality using theatre to engage customers and enhance their experience with a certain ‘Je ne sais quoi’ is Garçon’s mission. Garçon will be the premier coffee venue at Tramsheds and become an institution in Sydney.

Tandoori Hut
4.3
/ 195

93 Enmore Rd 2042, Sydney

One of the best Indian Resturtant in Sydney. Top quality and the price shows it,i think its a hidden gold not much people know about this place i highly recommend this place. Good Luck To Them....!

Franca Brasserie
4.5
/ 170

81 Macleay St Shop 2,Potts Point 2011, Sydney

This place is absolutely amazing. Firstly the atmosphere and the fit out reminds me of an up market London Hotel brasserie...think Sanderson Hotel blended with The Notting Hill Hotel. Unfortunately there are few establishments in Sydney that pay attention to the atmosphere they create...here it's bang on for drinks, lunch or dinner wether your by yourself, a couple or a group. The food has had the same level of effort put into it...truly sublime and the wine list to match. I would highly recommend you visit as you can see I'm a fan!!!

Tenkomori Ramen House
3.6
/ 332

501 George St Shop 29 2000, Sydney

Another one of those cheap places (like Oiden or Mappen) but this is for Ramen. The noodles are good, but I find that the broth is made offsite and then reconstituted. I'd recommend this place for those living or working in the city looking for an alternative to cooking as it is really cheap. Although for those who want good Ramen, I'd pony up some more money and head down to Ichi-ban Boshi, Gumshara or go all out at Ippudo Ramen.
