Every time I come here chicken tastes off. Go to KFC Revsby or Greenacre food is much better

Visited the restaurant an hour after they opened for the day. Chicken was fresh and succulent. Loved the chips and plain gravy as well. The only drawback would be the lack of good customer service. Staff does not smile or have a friendly interaction while taking and serving the order. Anyways, when the food is finger licking good, there is no reason not to enjoy the visit.

Good quality Zinger Burger, the Wicked wings were good too. Better than some other KFCs.

It’s really unexpected service from KFC. This store is totally a fake store!! I ordered from Menulog (172643529). The order was chicken wings and burger. But this store sent me chicken tenders.. totally wrong food. After that Menulog n me, we called to the store, but nobody picked the call!!! I never recommend anyone to order this store!!!!

Staff helped us use our Dine and Discover vouchers but service could have been faster

Good location, plenty parking spaces, staff is cooperative. However, it is not very clean. The toilets need special attention. The place seems to be missing life and adding a kids area might seem to add to the value. I have received freshly cooked chicken every time is i visited. I will like KFC to kick up the spice a bit.

Drive through experience very prompt, but the few times I have gone inside I have waited excessively long for my order. Their top priority appears to be the drive through customers. Not a bad thing per say, but definitely worth knowing before you turn up. Quality of the food is generally good.

Food was ok. Its KFC you can't really go to wrong.. However the utter disregard for the people in the store to order. Waited 10mins being totally ignored because they are too focused on the drive through!

well organised and maintain the cleanliness. More friendly in behaviour and Serve your food within few minutes.

Ahmed khan the manager is just awful, he "left" the premise as i bring in my bin full of his rotten chicken. For two days in a row him and his staff gave me cold and rotten chicken. Now i realised the reason my son was vomiting last night if only i took him to Dr to proved it. (Bought wicked wings yesterday 07/06/2021 and had to put it in the bin thinking it was something I've done with it storage etc and bought another 10 wicked wings just 10 minutes ago and they handed out a cold old chicken again to confirmed my suspension)
