The Old Rum Store L 2 2-10 Kensington St Chippendale 2008, Sydney

Very lovely experience. Helpful staff that know their food and shared their favourites. Professional establishment with high quality food. Ravioli was my Favourite!! The Chef even shook my hand on the way out.

The Civic Hotel

Civic Hotel 388 Pitt St 2000, Sydney

We went to the civic hotel on a Monday night for their weekly Reggae Party which is held at the bar/ club area downstairs the civic hotel. It is every Monday and the entry is free. It starts at 10.30pm and they have drink specials like G&T for 5$. There is a life band playing and a Dj. The music was great and the atmoshpare was really nice. Everyone is dancing and in a good mood. If you like Reggae and R'nB' style music this is an event your shouldn't miss! The bartenders are friendly and really quick so we never waited long for our drinks. I would definitely recommend this place on a Monday night if you love a good night out dancing!

Andiamo Trattoria Chippendale

Best lasagne I've had in a restaurant. great service too

Rustic Pearl

415 Crown St Surry Hills 2010, Sydney

This Turkish cafe is my favourite breakfast choice in Surry Hills. Now, that's a big call. Let's go through some of the unusual dishes. The sucuk bruschetta is the go-to dish: turkish sausage, buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and a whole lot more. It's moreish especially when paired with homemade minted lemonade with fresh fruit or the instant wake-up call: Greek style coffee frappe with a double shot of espresso. You'll be bouncing off the walls from both the taste and the caffeine! The Melemen is another favourite: Mediterranean-style scrambled eggs that manages to be light and decadent at the same time. The entire menu is worth exploring, just be prepared to wait for a table as it is a small venue.

Hannibal Lebanese Restaurant
4.1
/ 273

95-97 Glebe Point Road 2010, Sydney

This was my favorite restaurant to visit when I traveled to Sydney last month. The food and atmosphere were just perfect and the staff were so hospitable. My wife and I dined here three times in the short trip we spent abroad. Amazing place, we look forward to visiting them again when we next return to the area. Try the falafel!

Sagra Restaurant

62 Stanley St 2010, Sydney

Handmade (epic) fresh pasta. Mysterious italian reds. Awesome secundi. Very decent price for qual. and service. Will be back for sure

Caffè Roma
4.1
/ 252

9 Kellett St Potts Point 2011, Sydney

I'm italian and I can tell this is one of the best pizzas in Sydney. Big classic pizzas, friendly staff, and every table has a bunch of crayons so you can draw on it while you wait. Nice idea

Nice food, nice service in a nice enviroment. Everything was perfect... And I am rating it with its free wifi.

Alfredo

16 Bulletin Pl 2000, Sydney

The food is excellent as is the ambience. Our Crew Hotel is right next door and we have dined there many times. It is recommended only for the food and my rating reflects that as the Staff appear to be bored with their jobs and give rather off-hand service. What a pity! If they could give just that extra bit of effort with a smile and a welcome .... It would have been 5 stars. However we will all continue to visit if only for the excellent pianist.

294/296 Cleveland St 2010, Sydney

Went here for a function, the food was delicious and the entertainment was great! They provided a bellydancer who got everyone involved. Only downside was the furnishings/room were not big enough - everyone was crammed in, which made eating or getting up to dance a bit tricky.

Sienna Marina
4.0
/ 242

41 Cowper Wharf Rdwy 2011, Sydney

Nice venue, but the pasta I had (spaghetti marinara) was too salty for my liking. Dessert was delicious tho! (Chocolate "Nemesis" and Almond Apple something).

District Brasserie
4.5
/ 169

Lower Ground Floor, 2 Chifley Square 2000, Sydney

District Brasserie is a classic French brasserie using primo ingredients to make delicious food . Some starters have a modern twist, such as raw cobia with radish, ponzu and a macadamia paste. Class steak tartare is served with a crispy tapioca cracker. Steak frites is a classic, ours served with grilled watercress which added a tasty sharp element to the plate, bearnaise is always decedent, I see this dish being a favourite for the suits that roll in this part of town. The steam snapper is exceptional, delicate and light, served on a bed of shrooms and mussels on a divine sauce. Desserts are equally good. I was invited to District Brasserie by a PR company but I would never write a review that is not justified, this place is great.

CURVA Cucina & Bar
