Never had boba with types of jelly inside, but great. Always a good refresher and treat to yo self.

A very delicious way to polish off a great evening. The freshly cooked waffles take a few minutes to prepare but are worth it. Toppings range from naughty to extra naughty. Opting for a macha and redbean combo, I found the portion size perfect for 2. On my own I would have struggled a lot! Definitely worth a try, but don't expect any change for a blue note on bottom line products

Let the photos explain... Huge portion for minimal price!! (Prawn wonton noodle soup, Chicken laksa and Boat noodle soup) Taste very authentic Thai for the restaurant level... It's a must when you come to Cabbramatta!!

Good value for money for everyday authentic vietnamese cheap eats. For a full sit down rice/noodle meal simlar price to a big mac or kfc burger. Food is good. Quick service.

A delicious family owned boutique yumcha restaurant in Cabramatta. It's about time we had a fresh dim sum yumcha with quality ingredients in Cabramatta! Service was a little confusing given the space is small and some waiters were a little inexperienced but still friendly nevertheless! Highly recommend over the more popular yumcha restaurants in the area

I come to this restaurant every week or two for the past year and the soups never disappoint. The food is consistently good and tastes like good quality home cooking.
This place has very good and delicious food
