Gotta love a good, local food joint. Simple, no frills great food and even better service at the right price. Can't wait to see these guys open up and start pouring beers. New go to place for sure!
3/2 Tiptree Cres, Palmerston
Always a quality cheap feed here, quick and friendly service. They even let me ring in my order! My favourites are the battered fish, large spring rolls and the chips :-)
38 Eyre St, Kingston
Great atmosphere, awesome portion sizes and the best Japanese food in Canberra hands down.
1 Barrier Street Canberra, Fyshwick
I get my coffee here every morning, probably the best coffee I’ve ever had and they have a great variety of food aswell! Very quick and fresh for an extremely busy drive through coffee shop
Heard St, Mawson
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Awesome food. Amazing pizza. I Highly recommend this place ....
Erindale Shopping Centre 68 Comrie St, Wanniassa
Vanilla Slices are so so yummy and fresh. The staff are very friendly. I have just treated myself to these.
42 Halley St, Chisholm
I love the Chisholm Special pizza. Bacon rashers on a pizza, yes please. My favourite non-authentic pizza place in all of Christendom.
79 Collie St, Fyshwick
Great fitout, simple yummy food (the breakfast panini is delicious with a coffee), and you can go and lust after some of their amazing bikes in the shop after you finish relaxing!
Cnr Corinna & Ball Streets, Phillip
Nice and consistent with their service and their dishes. Nice soft meat in the mussamum beef, and my favourite pad thai in Canberra.
4 Riley Cl, Ngunnawal
Great tasting fish and chips and staff were very eager to please their customers. Helpful and friendly.
2 David St, Turner
Happy, bustling and sunny, if small cafe with good Redbrick coffee. Will grind bulk buys on demand. Restricted menu. Limited outside seating and off street parking.
Best kept coffee secret in Canberra. Even though the black roast is a bit out of sync with my personal filter preference (I'm a light roast fan), there's no denying the quality is here from bean to cup, and I'm happy to keep coming back for batch brews or long blacks. Unlike other Canberra coffee establishments overrun with ego and snobbery, KYO has a humbleness about it that I can't get enough of. Dont care much for international barista awards and overblown personalities used to market personally branded useless espresso gear. I care about local institutions that stay grounded. Keep it up KYO.
