We went for Yum Cha and waited for about 40 minutes before being seated. It's not possible to book small tables around lunchtime. If you do go, try and book if possible, this restaurant is extremely popular, especially around lunchtime. Otherwise arrive well before you plan to eat. The food is pretty standard, but makes up for it with an amazing variety of dishes. However this is quickly negated by the cost of the dishes, with small dishes around $6.80 to fancy dishes for $10.8 each. This makes Yum Cha much more expensive than it should be. That said, this is Canberra. Presumably due to demand, this restaurant is packed with tables leaving very little area to wait and move around. The service was decent once we were seated, but requests for particular dishes too a while.

Best Japanese style food I've had in Canberra. Not expensive for the standard of food on offer. Service staff are excellent, discreet but attentive and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Decor is fun and functional, but also comfortable and not obtrusive. We had a fantastic night out.

Good service and great interior with long bench seating. The dishes are superb, especially the sushi. It's hard to order something bad here. Lunchtime is more fun with j- and k-pop music playing on the video displays.

Fantastic food and amazing service! I have tried a lot of Japanese around Canberra this restaurant certainly tops the list for me. Their fresh seafood and teppanyaki all I love it. Their wagyu is delicious and lobster dishes don't disappoint.We'll had an excellent night and will definitely be back again!
