Nice work ladies quick easy and tasty 🙂

I usually order the Power Bowl for lunch at least twice a week, it is always delicious, the salad is fresh and they are generous with the extras. Very quick and efficient service!

Ordered uber eats... The worst burrito, ordered extra guacamole, there was none. There was barely any chicken, I honestly thought the first half of it there was no chicken. Was just sour cream and rice. I used to love Zambrero in Brisbane. The quality is well and truly below standards. Won't buy again.

Just come up to Darwin from Melbourne, this is one of my favourite restaurants, so we decided to have lunch. from the moment we entered, we were met with some unbelievable attitude from the waitress, who made us wait with no greeting. She slowly put on gloves making us wait longer and then just stood at the other end of the counter, when I made a gesture as to what’s happening, she abruptly told us to move down to her end and that she would put the order through. Once we paid she said “all good” and made us reach over past the cash register for our burritos, as she walked off. I’m. If you want to keep customers, you will need to teach some BASIC customer service, it was disgusting.

Been in Darwin for 5 weeks with work. Zambrero is my favorite quick Mexican meal. I have been into the store 8 times during my stay. Everytime I have been into the store it's like there is only the young German guy working. Whilst very friendly and he takes care with making the food, he isn't very fast, which results in regular line ups. I have noticed multiple different young female staff members in store, generally coming 'back from break' or sitting out the back on their phones. I appreciate the 'waiting economy' but it's a little rough when there is one person doing all the work. Have also been denied service one of the other staff as it was too close to closing time (15 minutes?). Give the young bloke a bonus, additional training and chat your other staff. It's apparent to me that your other staff are possibly taking advantage of his politeness. Food is fresh and tasty. Will be back.

As soon as I walked in, before even saying hello the staff member loudly exclaimed she was busy making an order and I’d have to wait. After waiting 3/4 mins turned out there was another staff member who could have served me. Left a bad taste in my mouth before getting my food. 8pm 28 September

Rip off hot sauce is sickly sweet and not that hot. Not many toppings and jalapenos are .50 extra. $18 for a lot of corn chips and a coke. Won't be back

First time here. Was pretty good. Although got quite busy and there was only one person working. Decent food, bright, clean, and spacious.

I think the people here should actually listen to what’s being ordered The staff I dealt with 2 days in a row seem like space cadets
