Yassas - The Greek Way

Lovely experience. They were about to close but so nice of the staff they were more than happy to take us in. To our surprise the food was ready in short time. Excellent service and amazing food. Will definitely come back.

Ate here a couple weeks ago during lunchtime. The food was good and the young lady serving was very friendly and very welcoming. Great customer service from her!

Horrible service!!!! I hardly ever make negative comments about restaurants, but this really is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Super rude and do not like to serve people. The restaurant was almost empty and I wanted to have lunch at this restaurant. However, my husband wanted a burger. I asked if I could order my lunch and drinks on the spot, but asking if my partner could please eat the burger with me in the meantime. A waitress told me that she was going to ask, but she left us waiting at the door, so I decided to go in and ask another waitress in the place, who was rude and she told me to order take away. The truth, customer service is important and if I make this comment it is not to offend but to improve your customer service.

Lots of menu choices, nice atmosphere, great service

Ok, so got a mixed souvlaki, chips and drink. Honestly a bit disappointed. For the price I thought the souvlaki would be a bit bigger. Then I opened it and there chips in it, so by the time they were removed, there was not much meat. The meat was also very dry and crunchy. I mean if it was the only place open, yeah I would grab food from there, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get food from there or even recommend the place to others. Positive though, Server was friendly. Just issues with food. Thats all.

Absolutely terrible Customer Service when trying to order today. The sales assistant was rude and dismissive. Not welcoming or helpful. Actually just walked out and didn't even waste our money or time. Very disappointed.

The food at this restaurant was fabulous, the meat the was perfectly cooked and juicy and the salad and chips were divine. When I first saw the menu the prices were quite expensive, but when I got my meal it was definitely worth, but that doesn't stop it from being expensive. So if you are going to this restaurant, expect to spend a lot. I would still highly recommend this place.
