Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery

Been visiting YVC for the last 5+ years for its country feel and have seen the place gradually transform over time with a well laid out dine-in area, an ice cream parlour and ample area for kids to play outside on the lush green lawn. In addition to chocolates that this place is well known for, I love the variety of fruit trees that adorn this place - a perfect spot for some family pics, picnic or just reading a book underneath it on a hot day. Simply superb setting for relaxation, unwinding and spoiling yourself once in a while.

I do love this place, and love the new menu with hamburgers and chips. The change with regard to waiting to be seated is much better than having to hover over people and pounce on tables when they leave. The jaffa ice cream is my new favourite. Wish I was closer to visit more often. Always spend so much money here. Better that I don't love close

Humongous! That's what my first reaction was. There is chocolate everywhere in every form. From edibles to lip balms, you name it. Chocolate tasting, cafe, ice creams, events, parties and what not! Super colorful place. Kids will love it. They have play space and coloring activity. So many ice cream flavors, one can't decide just one. There are gift hampers for Easter. Options are unlimited. Coffee cups and merchandise are also available. And the view, it's just WOW! Overlooking luscious greenery and beautiful hilly area. A tiny walking trail leading to a mesmerizing lake. This place is a must visit. You are not leaving without bags full of stuff. I can go on, but this place deserves a visit to know exactly what it is.

This was my first time at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, and although my wife and daughters have been regularly visitors. They have sung it's praises for a while. So I decided to join them for the latest visit. They are right, but the food is amazing 8n taste as well as value, but the highlight of course, is the chocolate... David the range, and the the variety and the taste. Death by Chocolate never seemed so desirable!

Place is so beautiful and breathtaking. You just feel relax. The restaurant has great food. You just feel drunk on chocolate.

We love coming to the chocolaterie and ice creamery. There is so much to look at and enjoy. Definitely stop by the cafe and try something yummy to eat and drink. Don't forget to walk around the grounds to have a look at all the fruit trees.

A Chocolate paradise ! I ll be there again..great place , very helpfull staff..you can enter chocolate tasting session as well. Ice cream was really amazing..my fav ice cream💗

Great single origin chocolates and amazing view! A chocolaterie and ice creamery surrounded by vineyards. What more can one ask for!

We came here with a group of 11 people on a busy Sunday, the shop was very well stocked despite being so busy and they did well to accommodate our big group without a booking. We got coffees which were standard and a fondue which was a sweet lovers dream or overkill for someone who doesn’t like sweets (but went well with a coffee).

Been here a few times, mainly for the delicious ice cream but good place to stop buy if you are looking for gifts for friends. Grounds are lovely, very friendly goats (do not feed) but watch out for snakes!
