Yarra Glen Cafe & Store

We were a large group and the staff handled it all very well.

My partner and I went for breakfast, cute atmosphere and very lovely staff! Food was fresh and tasty, avocado was perfect as was the hollandaise sauce. Coffee however was quite bad, we suspected it could have possibly been long life used rather than fresh milk. But other than that we enjoyed our experience.

Very nice location and interior, but I was disappointed with the food. Ordered the special which was a barramundi pot pie with mushroom sauce, chips and "seasonal vegetables". The vegetables (claimed to be "seasonal") were very clearly cooked from a frozen packet. The chips were undercooked (one was still partially frozen) and the pot pie contained too much pastry and not enough fish. Service was prompt and very friendly - so can't fault that - but I won't be coming back on account of the disappointing food.

The food was just fantastic! I has the Smoked salmon scramble which just divine! The staff were also quite efficient and warm and welcoming.

Beautiful lunch today with friends! Had the best seafood pot pie ...Chef's special ..with prawns, scallops, salmon, mussels, fish & grapes! in a white wine sauce topped with light pastry - served with broccolini & potatoes! So full of flavour! Just wish I'd taken a photo 👌 11/10 🤞👌👏🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent service coffee great and classes a treat. Nice secluded court yard that provides a perfect place to get away from it all. Parking is next door to the cafe and the street. Overall a great place to meet up with Friends

My girlfriend took me here today on our adventure date through yarra valley! The food was so good and the servers Rhiannon and Chantelle provided such a positive cheery experience! The vibes in this place are *immaculate* and the food was INCREDIBLE! Some of the best wedges ive ever had! High recommend and even though I’m and omnivore, i gave the vegetarian lasagne a go and it was SO GOOD!!! Will 100% be stopping through here again on the way to our toolangi 4wd trips and highly recommend you do too!!!

Visited this hidden gem for a little refreshment after browsing the Yarra Valley. The homestyle lemon tart taste fresh and delicious. I love the cafe’s decorations with full of old photos of Yarra Valley, and some nice paintings as well. All staff are friendly with big smiles on their faces. Highly recommended :)

Amazing food. Great vegan selection of cakes Awesome vegan burger Dog friendly outside Really great service. And quick service. This place ticks ALL the boxes I need in a cafe. Definitely be back next time we're out this way. Xxxxxx
