The best chilli hot chocolate ever (and other got chocolate). A little pricey, but worth it. You won't want to buy a (chilli) hot chocolate from anywhere else again.

This morning I dropped past Xocolatl with my family (2 kids), after a trip to a nearby park, for a take-away ice cream treat. Ordering a hot chocolate, and 2-scoop ice cream, I asked if it was possible to have one scoop in a take-away coffee cup rather than their usual ice cream cups. Although I didn't explain it in detail to the staff, one of my children has sensory issues and can't cope with flavours/colours being mixed. Normally I expect this sort of request to be met with hesitation (since this in practical terms equates to 2 x 1 scoop ice-creams, which is more expensive), and certainly wouldn't expect particularly generous servings thereafter. Instead, the staff at Xocolatl were friendly and judgement free - happy to oblige without question. The servings were generous and as is the case with everything at Xocolatl, the quality was exceptional. Thanks to the staff at Xocolatl for this exceptional experience. A fantastic local business and I can't recommend highly enough!

They serve fantastic, absolutely fantastic hot chocolate drinks! We had a chilli hot chocolate (yes it works . . ) and an orange hot chocolate. Lovely atmosphere with enthusiastic staff who are only to happy to make a recommendation. There's parking available behind the shops on Maling Rd.
