Fantastic friendly staff, always smiling. They work great together the lady and man in there. I watched them whilst our chicken was cooking and really enjoyed how they didn't have to speak but everything worked. Loved the salads, and them burgers look delicious, I'll definitely try them next visit. Thanks so much guys. Keep doing a great job

Very clean, quick service

Our favourite Charcoal chicken place. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, the chips are delicious and the gravy is amazing. The staff are very friendly and the store is nice and clean. We usually order the $33 family pack that has a whole chicken, large chips and bottle of drink. Just need to add a large gravy for $9. Perfect Sunday night dinner.

My chicken was pink inside and oily absolute disgusting place i had food poisoning after would not recommend

Came in around 3ish the other day after lunch rush and there was one old looking chicken left over. Asked for a fresh one if possible and was told to wait 5 minutes so we did. Took it home and had the driest chicken I've eaten in a long time. Either gave us the old chicken or the fresh one was dry as hell... Either way, very disappointed. Such a shame as I'd been looking forward to trying this place for ages. Better off getting chicken from the IGA next door

Loved this chicken it was moist with a Smokey flavour outside , chips and gravy were good also . Fast efficient service but most important fresh and tasty . Thank you I highly recommend and I will return back .
