Sweet little shop in the middle of Melbourne! We had their "crepe brulee" and were blown away with how many flavours you get in such a small package, I was half expecting to just have sugar wrapped in a pancake, how wrong I was.

The original Japanese cheesecake is so fluffy and rich in taste. Yum!

Fluffy Japanese cheesecakes and yummy Japanese cheese tarts. I love going to Uncle Tetsu's for my cheat day and the cheesecake is so light and fluffy I could eat the whole thing in a day.

Cheesecake is decent but quite expensive for the size you get. You can literally eat it in one go. It’s a good place to check out once, especially considering the hype, but I don’t know whether I would make my way there just to get an expensive cheesecake in future. Avoid the madeleines at all costs.

I’ve had the full cheesecake before and have loved it. It’s so light and fluffy and doesn’t taste too cheesy which makes it even more delicious! But today I order one full cheesecake and the baked cheese tarts, and wow the cheese tarts were so delicious as well!! I can’t wait to try them all again! Great service and great delivery!

They are the best bakers in the town. I have been their clients for many years now and always received the best bakery items from them. They are not at all pricey and treat their clients with the utmost respect. The best thing is they use fresh items while baking things. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent bakers in Melbourne!!!
