AVOID this place! Tasteless & cold food topped with arrogant & rude staff, not sure if he was the manager (Male). Will never ever go there again or will recommend. Waste of money & time.

What an amazing experience Trattoria Sottocasa provides, it never disappoints in any area, ever! It is absolutely worth returning to, time and time again! Their friendly staff and prompt service makes every experience a delight, not to mention the delicious food they provide.
This Italian restaurant offers great delicious food, the restaurant is spotless and the staff are all so friendly and accommodating.. I have young children so it’s hard to find places that cater to their preferences but Sottocasa has provided a range of kids meals for them especially the Mickey and Mini Mouse Pizzas! This restaurant is a real asset in our local area.

UNHYGIENIC & RUDE STAFF! With all the Covid19 Situation one would expect extra attention to detail on cleanliness and hygiene but oh boy! This place is an utter disaster. One of the waiter (White Male) was picking his nose most of the time while we were there and kept serving without washing hands. The cutlery & plates were also dirty. When we asked for fresh plates we were rudely told that the plates were freshly washed and they are all the same. We chose this place based on its high ratings but they don’t deserve the current rating. I don’t usually complaint but this time I feel I should express my experience.

We are regular customer. Our kids love it, we order every Friday night. Best food, great customer service, never put us down. Best resto in the area.
We read pretty bad reviews but decided to give it a go regardless ! And I am glad we did ! Food, staff and atmosphere did not disappoint! From the bread and olive oil as appetiser to limoncello as digestive, we had a great time !
