As many described, Japanese restaurant operated by chinese people. Quite expensive and the food is more Aussie than japanese.
Understaffed 2 on with a full restaurant but the poor girl did an awesome job, staying calm and sweet tempered. Lovely tasting food, chef's sashimi was particularly delicious.

Food were pretty good. We're very happy with most of them except the wagyu skewer (a bit hard to chew). The staff Sandy was very friendly and smiley as well. It's a A place that We'd like to visit again.
It is hard to find an authentic Japanese family restaurant but THREE JAPANESE was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was great and the menu has a huge variety of Japanese food without the pretentiousness. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
