Tholos Restaurant

It was a busy Sat night and took us about 30mins to have a table of 4 but all worth the wait. We ordered the saganaki appetizer and enjoyed the quick tableside fire! I ordered the braised lamb shank and just delicious!

Our first experience at Tholos was in August, so due to the great food and positive experience we brought friends back on this occasion. What a great evening, made more so by the knowledgeable and friendly server, Jasper. Attentive and relaxed in her role she walked us through the evening with great selections of both food and drink. Menu items are of a good size and tasty. My preference is always taste over portion size and our table wasn’t disappointed. The kitchen was well staffed. They seemed like they enjoyed being there and even leaned out to welcome us. For a weeknight it was busy. Obviously a fan favorite for many others.

Considering the options in blue mountain this is probably one of the top places. Service was great and they have a variety of options Portion size was kinda on the small size for the entre chicken soulvlaki considering the price. Veggies were green beans and carrots simply boiled- would of been nice to have a seasonal blend spiced up. Rice was kinda bland too Calamari portion was generous and delicious as well as the cheeesecake baklava Tried going on a Friday night at 9:15pm the night before and was told they were closed for both sit in and take out - considering this is a popular spot, surprised they stopped taking people / orders 45min before close.

6 of us went for a Saturday night dinner at Tholos this past weekend and the experience was too good to not share here. The appetizers, main courses and desserts were prepared perfectly, with amazing flavours and textures. They were all served in a timely manner and the person that made the experience even better was our server, Maude. She was great, very personable and ensured that our group dinner was enjoyed to the fullest. Would highly recommend this restaurant, even if you may have to wait a few minutes to get in as it is typically quite busy. It's well worth the slight wait!

The place is nice, the mojito was not good, couldn’t taste the mint and was way too sweet, the seganaki tasted burned. Had the chicken souvlaki and beef souvlaki dinners, they were ok but not as good as other Greek restaurants. Maybe it was an off night.

Good food and service. A little pricey imo but I would go back

This used to be our favorite restaurant for the last 10+yrs, but our dinner last night was horribly disappointing. To start off the prices of everything have gone up exuberantly. The octopus used to be $18 with 4 to 5 nice pieces, now you receive 2pcs at a cost of $31 on a bed of beans?.The menu has been cut entirely but the prices have not. Even the service was so disappointing. Years back the atmosphere was welcoming,warm and friendly. The server had our bill before we finished our espresso. Took away my bread as i was still eating it with it on my plate. Had the feeling they wanted us out as soon as possible. Most disappointing was the portion of calamari. Do not waste your money. As the taste was great, you will pay way too much for a few crispy pieces. Maybe new management? Not sure, but the good days of great food for higher prices are gone.

Satisfied with the food and service over there, considering what we ordered and the size of portion, a bit pricy for the choice!

Lovely ambiance. Authentic Greek food served by a very efficient staff. Nice music.

Nice patio, Large sized chicken souvlaki comes with two sides. Meat is great quality but the sides are disappointing. Potatoes aren't Greek. Meals don't come with salads. They are a dd on. Ceasar salad was perfect and delicious, diffentanly would order that over and over again. Didn't get a Greek salad and saved 2 dollars. 18 for Greek and 16 for Ceasar. Pricey restaurant. Fresh fish market. Whe we attended they served trout for 32. Chicken souvlaki is 29.
