Great menu. Solid breakfast meals.
One of the best Big Brekky's in Adelaide, full of flavour, and eggs eggs that go wow.always a good occassion.
The food was good and service friendly, but nothing outstanding.
I took my bf here for breakfast on his birthday. The service was lovely, as was my iced chocolate, but my waffles were basically inedible - they were burnt, cold and a few of my strawberries tasted a little.... off. Even dunking it in the small amount of whipped cream couldn't make them edible. My bf ordered a standard bacon and eggs ('the Big Brekky'), and his was alright - aside from the fact that what the menu stated would be a chorizo was just an ordinary sausage :(

Some long term superbly friendly and professional regular staff hold this business together. Huge menu and very busy. Worth booking just in case.

Over the years, it has become an icon to the Glenelg locals. The Strand prides its self on maintaining a high quality and consistent level of hospitality. The Strand welcomes all customer. It is friendly and relaxed, which is evident with the large amount of regular clientele it attracts. A diverse menu offering breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
