The Squid Shack

Fish n chips looked really nice BUT... had a burnt taste, maybe the oil needed changing - which rendered the fish inedible. Staff were less then helpfull , needless to say very disappointing .

The salt and pepper squid was pretty good for what around. No really worth $15 but still pretty tasty if eaten straight away. Friendly staff too

Very nice, we had squid rings crab stick and the chips were just the Best. Thank you squid shack. My daughter had the crab stick and said she didn't like the batter. But I'll have to try it out next time.. I'll be back.

If you want the best shark with seriously crispy batter then this is the place. Even after eating you don't feel heavy provided you have a bottle of soft drink. Chips are hit and miss depending how busy they are but when you get them when they're quiet, you'd definitely be in for a delicious meal. One thing though is their squid tastes suspiciously similar to the salt and pepper squid from mckails store... I'm not going to hold it against them because the shark makes up for it. Highly recommended for the shark and chips plus drink!

Great Salt & Pepper Squid. The local shark and other items were all very nice.

Its right near the water. You can just sit and watch the boats come in. The fish is always fresh and yummy. Every time we go to Albany we go to the Squid Shack. Love it.

Great seafood..very relaxed place..

Dinner with a view. Always fresh and generous servings. Our favourite take away when having a night off cooking
